My name is Behzod Sirjani & I’m not going to lie, this place is a pensieve of sorts.

Yes, that was a Harry Potter reference. But the point of this space is to get my thoughts out there for myself and others to see, talk about, criticize, comment on, what have you. I often feel like there is too much going on in my head and I just need a place to store it. You have found that place.

Given that caveat, you will find posts about many different things I am interested in on this site, ranging from media and new media, to environmental and social issues, to denim and my love of typography. I will try to tag and categorize ideas as best I can so you can filter through things efficiently, since I don’t think many other people find the same array of things as interesting as I do. [But if you do, let me know.]

I’m an extremely open person, a self-proclaimed conversationalist, and a lover of good coffee and fine wine. I’ve travelled to 45 states and over 20 countries around the world. I have played in bands, done theater, and am constantly taking pictures. I also read and write to a much greater degree than I probably have time for. Chances are we have something to talk about, and I’m interested in you and your story.
